Before your first visit
Do you groom all breeds, and cats?
Yes. Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome, and cats too. When you call, let us know your pet's breed and coat so we can plan the right visit.
Do you require vaccinations?
For the safety of every pet in the salon, we ask that yours be up to date on core vaccinations such as rabies. Give us a call and we will confirm what is needed before your appointment.
How long will my pet be here?
Visits are by appointment and one-on-one, so your pet is here for their groom rather than waiting in a kennel all day. Times vary with size, coat and service, and we will give you an estimate when you book.
What should I bring?
Just your pet and any notes on sensitivities, allergies or how you like them kept. If your pet has a favorite leash or harness, bring that along for an easy drop-off.
What about matting or a very nervous pet?
Both are common and we handle them gently. Heavy matting is worked out humanely, and anxious, senior or first-time pets are taken at their own pace. Mention it when you call so we can allow extra time.
